Prepare sushi dishes in accordance with food health service standards and safety regulations. Preparing traditional Japanese sushi rice, chopping, slicing, and filleting various kinds of fish, and placing orders for supplies as needed.
1-2 years business experience as a sushi chef needed.
Help customers finding products that match their budgets or satisfy their needs. Assist with product selection and sometimes do cross-sells. Aside from guiding customers, also take inventory, replenish shelves and handle customer complaints.
No experience needed. Familiar with Japanese foods. Fluent Japanese speaking.
